Cancellations & Rescheduled Bookings

1. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson booking, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

2. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

3. If you arrive late to a lesson, we reserve the right to:

a. only provides the remaining time of the scheduled lesson (for example, if you booked a 1-hour lesson and arrive 15 minutes late, the lesson will run for 45 minutes), and
b. Cancels the lesson if you fail to provide reasonable notice that you will be late, or if we determine that the notice was not reasonable.

4. Any lessons cancelled due to lateness will be charged at 100% of the lesson price.

5. We reserve the right to:

a. Cancel or reschedule any lesson by providing you with reasonable notice.
b. Refuse to conduct a lesson if, in our reasonable opinion, you are unfit to operate a motor vehicle (including for medical or safety reasons), and
c. Refuse to provide a lesson or continue services if a client displays rude, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior, which will not be tolerated.

6. Any decision made under this section will be at our sole discretion.

7. If a lesson is cancelled or ended early due to any of the reasons listed above, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the lesson fee.

8. All lesson packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

9. If you cancel a lesson with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your lesson (subject to availability). No refunds apply.
